No problem. We can arrange a schedule for you.

Can we request a copy of security-related certificates?

Sure. Let us know if you need them.

Is my account in one data center replicated in another?

Absolutely not. We do not move nor create copies of customer data between locations. But if it is what you need, you case use the DR and backup solution.

Can I have one account and have access to all locations?

We are currently working on this feature. Stay tuned for updates.

I want to move my account from one location to another. Is that possible without disrupting in my operations?

Yes, it is possible. If you don't use static IPs in your deployment, our customer support can do this for you without disrupting your operations.
