1. Contacts prospective clients via telephone and email and ensure that these calls will be converted to appointments for the Sales Team;
2. Keeps detailed schedules and reminds the team and the customers on the meeting details;
3. Prioritize appointments to maximize revenue;
4. Answers incoming calls from prospective clients and set meeting with the sales team.
5. Properly explains the company and its products and services to the customers when making an appointment;
6. Provides reports on all the calls done for each day.
7. Performs other tasks assigned by the BDM, Directors or COO.
