Specific duties

1. Planning, creating, and executing marketing campaigns to expand CTO’s reach and potential customer pipeline.

2. Developing unique campaign ideas to market CTO’s products, services, or overall company identity.

3. Creating and managing marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and print.

4. Collaborating with the sales team to develop sales materials and support their efforts

5. Conducting market research to determine a target audience’s needs, wants, habits, interests and other relevant factors used in creating targeted marketing campaigns

6. Researching previous successful campaigns to understand what worked, what didn’t and what can be improved

7. Reviewing the progress and success of a campaign, making adjustments or pitching ideas for new campaigns as necessary

8. Collecting feedback from customers to adapt the product and marketing efforts.

9. Do other tasks assigned by the COO.

Job specification
Education
Degree or Diploma preferably in Marketing Management or any relevant disciplines.
Experience
Newly grads are welcome, experience is a plus; excellent communication; Must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a variety of people at all levels.
Hours of Work
Works six (6) days a week, and may be required to render overtime when need arises.
